
Another delicious meal was had the other night. Huz made this lovely Yucatan citrus-marinated pork chop which was full of bright flavors served alongside earthy cheddar grits.

Instead of firing up the charcoal grill, he opted to pan roast them which resulted in a nice brown caramelization.
My contribution was a Pimm’s cup.

As well as a French-Style Yogurt Cake with Lemon Glaze, freshly whipped cream and blackberries.
